Principal Full Stack Software Engineer
You will own the architecture of the E1 platform end to end: the brand and creator portals, the services behind them, and the AI systems that match creators to campaigns. This is a hands-on principal role — you will write code, but your leverage comes from the decisions you make and the engineers you level up.

- Own end-to-end architecture across the portals, backend services, and data layer
- Set engineering standards — testing, code review, migration safety, security review
- Lead the hardest technical problems: payout correctness, verification integrity, and scale
- Mentor engineers and raise the bar through design review and pairing
- Partner with product and design to turn ambiguous goals into shippable increments
What we are looking for
- 8+ years building and operating production web applications
- Depth in TypeScript across the stack, plus a modern framework (React or similar)
- Strong relational data modeling and safe schema-migration practice at scale
- Production cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred) and CI/CD ownership
- A track record of technical leadership without formal authority
Nice to have
Genuinely optional — missing all of these will not rule you out.
- Payments, escrow, or financial-ledger systems
- NestJS, Prisma, or AWS CDK
- Applied LLM or recommendation-systems work
